Renovation work on the façades of the tenement building at 23 and 26 Karola Miarki Street has been completed.

The work was carried out under the supervision of the Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments. The homeowners' associations are managed by TBS. This year's budget allocates PLN 500,000 for subsidies for conservation, restoration or construction work on historic buildings entered in the register of monuments or included in the municipal register of monuments of the city of Bolesławiec. The tenement buildings at 35 Komuny Paryskiej Street and 9 Piaskowa Street have also qualified for funding.
It also adds: – As part of a subsidy from the Government Historic Monuments Restoration Programme, renovation of the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help at Zamkowy Square is underway, as are renovation works in the historic school assembly hall of the Piarist Schools Complex in Bolesławiec.
