The first unrestricted oral tender for the sale of commercial premises no. 14, located in building no. 19/21 at Rynek Street in Bolesławiec, together with the sale of a 14/100 share in the common parts of the building, its equipment, and the ownership right to plot no. 124 (precinct – 0009).
This concerns the premises that until recently housed the Tourist Information Point. It now operates at the new premises of the Museum of Ceramics in Bolesławiec, at Zgorzelecka Street.
The tender will be held this December (details on the Bolesławiec City Hall website). The asking price is – a mere! – PLN 1 million gross.
Who will buy these premises and what will be created there is not yet known. We will return to the subject.
