Seven families live in the building. There is no fence around it, and there is no intercom at the entrance to the stairwell. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the municipal forest, which, according to the reader, is causing more and more problems.

Previously, the woman points out, the lack of a fence was not a major problem, but recently the area has become increasingly dangerous. Strangers appear on the property, approach the building, knock on the windows, enter the stairwell and steal.

The woman claims that she contacted the municipal office and TBS about these matters:

I asked at the municipal office, and they were supposed to do something about it. Especially since this is an unofficial entrance to the forest.

Maybe this post will make the appropriate people understand that we need to be separated from the forest by a fence. This is the last tenement building before Kruszyn. Nobody here takes care of us. There is not even an intercom, after all these years...

It is funny, but at the same time it is already dangerous. They say at TBS that we should collect money ourselves and buy an intercom. But why? We pay into the renovation fund, which they have never used. There should be an intercom and new doors as well, because the current ones are broken and do not close properly.

The resident claims that matters have reached the point where she is afraid to leave the house in the evening to take out the rubbish. In addition, the courtyard and the property are increasingly being used as an access route to and an exit from the forest by motocross enthusiasts.

Various people on motocross bikes speed through our courtyard into the forest and out of it, while there are children there who cannot even spend time freely in the courtyard. It is frightening because of this too, and someone rides that motocross bike without looking... But the main issue is the intercom and those thugs knocking on the windows. They can calmly enter our stairwell and walk around everywhere.
