A few days ago, Krzysztof Konopka, President of the Management Board of NZOZ Łużyckie Centrum Medyczne in Lubań, personally submitted his resignation from the position he held to the Lubań starosta.
The reason? The former Bolesławiec starosta is retiring, but he declared that he would continue working during his notice period.
The head of Lubań County accepted K. Konopka’s resignation. The outlet adds:
During the recent campaign, several candidates for councillor ran for election with a promise of changes at the Lubań hospital. The first sign that President Konopka was not on the same page as the new County Board was the June decision not to award the president a PLN 100,000 bonus.
