During his address on the actions taken during the period between council sessions, County Executive Tomasz Gabrysiak said:
What saved us was that we had approximately 80,000 sandbags in Bolesławiec.
He added: “In total, we distributed 4,000 tons of sand to three municipalities: the City of Bolesławiec, Bolesławiec Municipality and Nowogrodziec Municipality.”
