The incident occurred on Thursday, August 29, in the morning. As reported by eluban.pl:

(...) the driver of a freight train saw the body of a person who had been hit on the tracks between Węgliniec and Zebrzydowa. Everything indicates that the person was hit by one of the earlier trains.

It adds: – The driver of the freight train spotted the body lying on the tracks from a distance and stopped the train.

The police and prosecutor’s office are investigating the case.

There will be delays in train services
