As prosecutor Ewa Węglarowicz-Makowska, press spokesperson for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Jelenia Góra, reports today:
In connection with the investigation conducted by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec into an act under Article 189 § 1 of the Criminal Code, today the prosecutor questioned Izabela P.__ as a witness. In her testimony, she stated what had happened to her between 9 August 2024 and 20 August 2024.
She added: “Her testimony indicates that during that time she was not deprived of her liberty, did not contact anyone, and no one provided her with assistance.
She also announced: “The investigation initiated by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec on 19 August 2024 will continue.
