The mayor of Bolesławiec’s reaction to the rainbow banner reading “We are all made of the same clay” and the topless Glinoludka carrying it is both frightening and funny.

“There was an element of provocation during the parade,” said Piotr Roman at the end of the festival. “Unfortunately, some mothers with children had to cover the children’s eyes and turn their heads away, but I hope that those responsible will be punished. Please help if anyone has photographs of these actions,” the mayor concluded his speech.

We have photographed the breasts that attacked the mayor of the city of ceramics. If anyone feels harmed, we are providing an email address where they can report that they are a victim of breasts: p.roman@um.boleslawiec.pl

The topless woman painted with clay had been reported to the organizers of the ceramics festival and the parade coordinator, and we received permission for her to pass through covered in clay. Glinoludki have gone topless in the “Free the Jugs” campaign since 2009.

We remind the mayor that the sexual revolution ended in the 1970s.

In 2008, during the Carnival of Cultures in Berlin, and in 2009 at Woodstock (now PolAndRock) and in Bolesławiec, there were already female participants parading topless. Before Nowak turned the pastime of painting oneself with clay into theater, Glinoludki always emphasized that Gliniada was about freedom, including freedom for the female body.
