She adds: – Officers from the Police Station in Prochowice immediately went to the scene. It turned out that the 34-year-old man, causing a disturbance and shouting, had gone to his neighbor, and when an argument broke out between them, he stabbed him in the thigh, severing an artery.

As the injured man was bleeding out, a police officer who lived in the town and was off duty arrived at the scene after being alerted by witnesses.
