A Reader wrote to us:
“On Leśna Street, behind the former bakery belonging to Mr Ruliński, there has been a rubbish dump for about a year now. The Municipal Police are ineffective (...).”
We have written repeatedly in these pages about the mess people leave in various places throughout our county. Often, when the matter concerned the Ceramic City, we also asked for comment on the issue—from the Municipal Police or the Municipal Housing Management Establishment. We understand that this problem cannot be eliminated completely. We know that the services cannot remain on duty in one place around the clock.
Perhaps, then, it is worth ONCE AGAIN—probably naively—to appeal to fans of spending time outdoors (and drinking) to take their rubbish with them. Especially now, when summer is in full swing and county residents will certainly be going for walks more often. And quite frequently with small children.
