In the Bolesławiec municipality, in electoral district 1, a by-election was held for the council of the municipality. Interestingly, 1044 people were eligible to vote, but only 260 people cast a vote, representing 24.90%.

What is more, as many as six residents cast an invalid vote.

There were two candidates; the winner was Tomasz Marcichowski from list no. 2 of KWW Andrzej Janiec Po Stronie Mieszkańców.
