On Monday, 13 December, police officers from Bolesławiec detained a 69-year-old resident of Legnica and a 47-year-old woman from Bolesławiec. Both are suspected of distributing illegal alcohol. In the garage of the Bolesławiec resident, officers found 50 litres of spirits without Polish excise stamps.
Both detainees now face up to 3 years in prison.
