The traffic police stopped a passenger vehicle for inspection. Bolesławiec Police: – At the wheel was a 30-year-old Ukrainian citizen. During a check in police databases, the officers determined that the man was subject to a driving ban issued by the District Court in Kutno.
And explains: – The 30-year-old had previously been arrested for driving while intoxicated and was therefore given the ban.
The man was arrested and, under expedited proceedings, brought before the District Court in Bolesławiec, where he heard the verdict. Among other things, the foreign national received a two-year driving ban. He must also pay PLN 5,000 to the Fund for Assistance to Victims and Post-Penitentiary Assistance.
