The matter was described on The Bad Bunzlauer by Ms Anna:
I would like to sincerely congratulate the person who abandoned tiny kittens in a shoebox on Sunday on their good sense. There were five of them! After 8 p.m., we went for a walk with the dog. At the end of our small village, on the roadside, we noticed an open shoebox, and inside it were tiny kittens.
A TBB reader adds: – Unfortunately, we could not take them in. An organization dealing with cats could not help either. Fortunately, despite the late hour and the fact that it was Sunday, the owner of Klekusiowo, who generally does not take care of such animals, took in the kittens. So if anyone is willing to adopt a kitten, please contact Klekusiowo. Thank you, Sir, for your help.
Abandoning an animal is treated as abuse, and it is a crime punishable by up to five years in prison.
