On 3 June 2024, a ceremonial assembly attended by representatives of local governments was held at the County Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec.
During the ceremony, Deputy Inspector Tomasz Jagielski, head of the Bolesławiec police, entrusted Senior Aspirant Łukasz Baranowski with the duties of commander of the Police Station in Nowogrodziec. Until now, he had served in Polkowice County.

Meanwhile, he appointed Staff Aspirant Wiesław Borowski deputy commander of the Police Station in Nowogrodziec. In recent months, Borowski had been performing the duties of that position.
