We established that the incident took place on May 1. Bolesławiec police:
In Wykroty, officers intervened in connection with an intoxicated driver. The man was aggressive during his arrest, insulted police officers and damaged a police car. The 54-year-old resident of the municipality was detained and charged with three offenses.
That was not the end of it. The officers said: – During the intervention, his friend arrived – a 34-year-old man who wanted the officers to release his acquaintance.
They added: – The man was vulgar and aggressive as well.
Another patrol arrived at the scene. Both men were detained. The younger suspect, also a resident of Nowogrodziec Municipality, will now face charges of insulting and violating the bodily integrity of officers, as well as attempting to use violence to influence the officers’ official duties.
