We have written repeatedly in these pages about the mess that some people leave behind in various places throughout our county. We have also often asked for comment on such matters when they concerned the City of Ceramics—whether from the municipal police or the Municipal Housing Management Facility. We understand that this problem cannot be eliminated completely. We know that the services cannot be on duty in one place around the clock.
Perhaps it is therefore worth appealing ONCE AGAIN—and certainly extremely naively—to the people who dispose of their problem in this way, asking them to care for the common good by not littering. All the more so now that it is spring and county residents will certainly be going for walks more often. And quite frequently with small children.
