Officers from the Patrol and Intervention Unit of the Bolesławiec Police station intervened at a club in the middle of the night. (One of the customers needed medical assistance.) The police command said: – During the operation, a man observing the police patrol used vulgar language, insulting the officers. After handing the woman over to the medical rescue team, the police detained a resident of Bolesławiec in connection with insulting them.
That was not the end of it. The Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters said: – The 26-year-old, wanting to avoid responsibility, tried to bribe the police officers so that they would release him.
The result? The man made his situation worse. The officers:
After sobering up, he was brought before the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, where he was charged in connection with insulting the officers and attempting to bribe them.
The young man now faces up to 10 years in prison.
