The Municipal Water and Sewerage Company in Bolesławiec, responding to the expectations and needs of its Customers, has launched a new system for handling reports made to the 994 emergency number.

By implementing the reporting system for the 994 emergency number, the Company gained a modern tool for communicating with Customers, while Customers gained the ability to quickly obtain information about disruptions in the water and sewerage network and to easily submit reports.

The new reporting system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It can handle several telephone calls simultaneously. After selecting the area in which they live, callers can easily obtain voice information about ongoing outages or planned work on the water and sewerage network.

It is also possible to record a voice message or connect with a dispatcher. Reporters receive ongoing SMS updates about the stages of processing their reports.

On the Company’s website pwik.boleslawiec.pl, reports can also be submitted using the form available under the “Report an outage 994” button.

All reports are handled by the PWiK Central Dispatch Centre, where the stages of processing individual reports are monitored on an ongoing basis.
