Last Wednesday, officers from the Bolesławiec traffic police stopped a 35-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County for a roadside check. He was driving a VW vehicle.
Officers: – During the procedures, it was discovered that the driver was subject to an active ban on driving all motor vehicles. In addition, the experienced officers decided to check the man’s sobriety because they could smell alcohol. As it turned out, their suspicions were correct—the driver was under the influence of alcohol.
The resident of Bolesławiec County faces up to 5 years in prison.
