The Real Estate Management Department of the Bolesławiec County Office, pursuant to Article 71(1) and (4) of the Act of 21 August 1997 on real estate management, reminds residents of the obligation to pay fees for perpetual usufruct of land owned by the State Treasury.
The annual fee for perpetual usufruct referred to in Article 71(1) of the Act of 21 August 1997 on real estate management must be paid by 31 March of each year in advance, without prior notice.
Fees should be paid into the bank account of the Bolesławiec County Office at BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.: 57 2030 0045 1110 0000 0159 6960.
