The incident occurred in Bolesławiec during the night from Sunday to Monday. Two men got into a fight on Lipowa Street. One of them is dead. The other man was detained by the police. This is what we know unofficially.

We wanted to write more about the matter, but prosecutor Sebastian Woźniak, Deputy District Prosecutor in Bolesławiec, was unfortunately so busy today that he could not even find 30 seconds to confirm the incident. The prosecutor’s office secretariat merely informed us that the prosecutor “will not provide information to any journalist today.”
We hope that the changes being introduced by Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar will also affect prosecutor Woźniak—specifically, his approach to providing information about incidents occurring in Bolesławiec.
