The incident occurred on Thursday, January 25. At around 2:00 p.m., emergency services were dispatched to unexploded ordnance discovered during earthworks near the Church of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ in Bolesławiec.

Emergency services are at the scene. Residents within a 100-meter radius are being evacuated.

The dangerous find was handled by bomb-disposal specialists from the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment.
