The investigation into 48-year-old Dariusz B., who repeatedly molested a minor under the age of 15, was conducted by the prosecutor’s office in Bolesławiec. In September this year, the District Court in Bolesławiec sentenced the resident of our county to eight years in prison (it stipulated, however, that B. may apply for conditional release no earlier than after serving seven-eighths of the sentence). In addition, the court imposed a 15-year ban on the convicted man contacting minors under the age of 15.
