On 8 January this year, a ceremonial assembly was held on the parade ground of the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment in Bolesławiec, inaugurating the new training year.

The commander of the 23rd Artillery Regiment briefed all personnel on the most important tasks facing the artillerymen from Bolesławiec. During the ceremony, Col. Krzysztof Malankiewicz presented an appointment to the next military rank and awarded ministerial decorations, the commemorative medal marking the 10th anniversary of the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment, and third-class special badges “For the Protection of the Border of the Republic of Poland” to the distinguished soldiers.
The ceremonial assembly concluded with a parade of subunits.
