On December 12, a trial run took place of the park fountain, which is one of the elements of the new design.

It is worth recalling that the park was established in the 1850s. The site is entered in the register of monuments and is located in the immediate vicinity of the historic Pückler Palace, which is in the final phase of adaptation for the needs of the new headquarters of the Museum of Ceramics.

The area of the park undergoing revitalization is 1.3237 hectares. The project involves recreating a valuable natural monument. The aim of the park’s revitalization is to improve biodiversity, restore its functional purpose and transform it into an attractive space capable of serving many outdoor functions. The work covers the recreation of the park’s pathway layout, an assessment of the tree stand—including the care of mature trees and new plantings. To restore its original qualities, the renovation of the fencing, retaining walls and small architectural features has also been planned, along with the construction of electrical, water-supply and sanitary sewer systems.
