Rev. Andrzej Jarosiewicz is leaving the parish in Bolesławiec and will take over the parish in Węgliniec. This is the decision of the Bishop of Legnica, Andrzej Siemieniewski.

For a week, rumors had been circulating that Rev. Jarosiewicz was going on a one-year leave. We checked this as early as Tuesday. It was not true. “There have been no changes to the bishop’s decision,” the spokesman, Rev. Waldemar Wesołowski, told us at the time.

Today, Kazimierz Marczewski published fake news about a reversal regarding the priest’s departure from Bolesławiec, claiming that instead of going to Węgliniec, he would take a one-year leave. We checked with the source again. “Nothing has changed,” the bishop’s spokesman replied.

We appeal to the Marczewski family: you have been running a news portal for so many years; learn some journalism. Rumors should be verified first and foremost.

At the same time, we remind you that on Sunday we will publish on our portal some of the reliable and verified material gathered in the entire case of Rev. Jarosiewicz.
