The county hospital is in good condition. In the prestigious ranking by the daily “Rzeczpospolita”, the Bolesławiec ZOZ took 61st place among Poland’s best hospitals, compared with 74th place last year. “In creating this ranking, we assessed, among other things, hospitals’ finances, management methods, staff qualifications and patient accommodation conditions,” says Michał Bedlicki from the Centre for Quality Monitoring.
“This is an excellent result, considering that the ranking covers all public, multispecialty and oncology hospitals in Poland. Despite the very difficult period, we managed to improve last year’s result by 13 places,” emphasizes Bolesławiec County Governor Cezary Przybylski. “I sincerely congratulate the hospital’s management, doctors and entire staff,” he adds.
