The incident occurred on Wednesday, November 15, in the morning, on Chrobrego Street. The Citroën driver, a 53-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, failed to yield to a woman who was on the pedestrian crossing.
Fortunately, the pedestrian did not suffer anything more serious. The driver was fined PLN 2,500.
The officers are appealing for caution and prudence on the road.
