District police officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters stopped a vehicle for inspection. A local resident known to them from Miasto Ceramiki was behind the wheel. The officers knew that the man was subject to court bans on driving.
What is more, during the vehicle inspection, officers found marijuana in a hard-to-reach place on the dashboard. They also established that the 36-year-old had been driving under the influence of intoxicating substances, as confirmed by a test.
The extremely irresponsible resident of Bolesławiec now faces up to five years in prison.
