On 6 November, in the afternoon. Railway Protection Guard: – The shift officer at the Railway Protection Guard post in Węgliniec received information from the officer on duty at the Local Traffic Control Centre at Węgliniec station that an unauthorised person was walking along the tracks on the Pieńsk–Węgliniec railway line. A patrol was immediately sent to the scene.
The officers could already see from a distance a figure walking along the middle of the tracks towards Węgliniec. Guard:
During the intervention, the man initially failed to comply with the orders issued and did not want to leave the tracks. A Police patrol was called to the scene.
It soon emerged that the apprehended 28-year-old had been hiding from law enforcement because the District Court in Człuchów had issued a wanted notice for him. The man has 125 days in prison to serve for drug offences.

After the necessary procedures, he will be taken to prison. Thanks to the Railway Protection Guard officers, he will not avoid criminal liability for the offence he committed.
