The agreement concerns the transfer of the right to use the building that formerly housed the police station at Zygmunta Augusta Street. The property is valued at PLN 7,361,000.

This significant step is intended to expand the hospital’s operations and improve the provision of medical services. Above all, it will enable the creation of a modern rehabilitation centre providing high-quality services to patients with various conditions. Such a rehabilitation centre is particularly important for people who require specialist care after suffering strokes, injuries or undergoing surgery.

Another important aspect of the signed agreement is the relocation of the Emergency Medical Services Team to the new premises. As a result, the hospital will have better conditions for organising effective and more efficient medical assistance in emergencies.

Relocating the Emergency Medical Services Teams to the new location will make it possible to create a second magnetic resonance imaging facility and an X-ray facility on the site of the current diagnostic imaging unit at Jeleniogórska Street, as well as a hospital bistro.
