On October 28, 90 cadets of voluntary basic military service took the military oath on the colors of the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment in Bolesławiec, in Chojnów’s market square. The oath was administered by the regiment commander, acting Lieutenant Colonel Michał Kozarski.
During the ceremony, soldiers with the best results during basic training were honored. They received letters of congratulations from the commander: Private Daria Gąsiorowska, Private Weronika Stokowska, Private Aneta Ferster-Dudek and Private Jakub Augustyniak.
Bolesławiec unit:
The ceremony was accompanied by a display of military equipment used by subunits of the 23rd Artillery Regiment and American subunits stationed in Bolesławiec, as well as promotional and information stands presented by Bolesławiec artillery personnel and the Military Recruitment Center from Głogów.
The musical accompaniment for the ceremony was provided by the Bolesławiec Municipal Orchestra.
