The incident occurred on Saturday, September 2, in the morning, in the village of Suszki. As reported by the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters:
The driver of a Toyota, a 63-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, failed to yield the right of way to a VW passenger car travelling correctly.
A collision occurred. Fortunately, no one suffered anything more serious. The Toyota driver was fined.
The officers appeal for caution and prudence on the road.
