Bolesławiec police officers
We remind you that there is an absolute ban on getting behind the wheel after consuming alcohol. If you see intoxicated people who want to drive a car, it is worth taking action.
Over six days, officers detained as many as three drunk drivers:
- On Saturday, a traffic patrol detained a 39-year-old female driver in Bolesławiec who had 3.5‰ of alcohol in her system.
- On Tuesday, officers from Nowogrodziec detained the woman responsible for a road collision. The 42-year-old had driven to a shop with 2‰ of alcohol in her system. (She was accompanied by a passenger who had 1‰ more.) While reversing, the driver hit a parked vehicle and went shopping.
- Yesterday in Bolesławiec, officers detained a man whose witnesses had taken the vehicle keys away after seeing his condition. The 50-year-old had more than 3‰ of alcohol in his system while driving and hit a barrier.
All three are residents of our county. They face up to two years in prison.
