On 9 August, the District Court in Jelenia Góra issued a judgment concerning an incident that took place three years ago. The court upheld the ruling of the District Court in Bolesławiec and found the Bolesławiec ceramics maker guilty of damaging the property of a competing company and making criminal threats against its employees.

The Bolesławiec entrepreneur was fined a total of PLN 6,000 and is also required to pay compensation for the damage (PLN 2,207) and comply with a one-year ban on approaching employees of the competing entity.
