A reader sent us photos of a man who dumped rubbish into one of the bins on Ślusarska Street.
In an email to us, she wrote:
They come and pack things into the bin, and then residents have nowhere to throw their rubbish. The man who threw away the rubbish should be kind enough to come and take back what he lost. Our street used to be so peaceful, and now, if people aren't robbing others, they're dumping rubbish...
The culprit arrived in a Volkswagen with registration plates beginning with DW. The full registration number is visible in the photos we received.
Does it also happen in other parts of the city that people dump rubbish into other people's bins?
