The Bolesławiec City Hall informs that from 10 to 28 August the pitches at the Orlik on Słowackiego Street will be closed for use. The local authority:
The temporary closure of the pitch is due to the need to carry out renovation work involving the replacement of the fencing and ball-stop nets. The existing fencing was damaged and corroded.

City Hall officials on the renovation:
The modernization of the fencing and ball-stop nets at the ORLIK pitch at Primary School No. 2 in Bolesławiec involves dismantling the existing mesh fencing and installing new fencing in the following areas:
- football pitch – fencing approximately 170 m long,
- basketball court – fencing approximately 60 m long,
- multi-purpose pitch – fencing approximately 80 m long.
The value of the project is PLN 265,680. It received funding from the Minister of Sport and Tourism under the “Orlik” Sports Complex Modernization Programme 2022, in the amount of PLN 108,900.
