Bolesławiec traffic police, while establishing the circumstances of a collision that occurred in Nowogrodziec municipality, detained the perpetrator. As it turned out, the 45-year-old Belarusian citizen was completely drunk. With two per mille of alcohol in his system, he failed to give way to another road user.
When the foreigner sobered up, he was brought before the court, which sentenced him to a fine. What is more, the foreigner was banned from driving any vehicles for three years.
