The incident occurred during the night of July 12–13, before 1:00 a.m., on the A4 at kilometer 27 in the direction of Legnica. As determined by officers from Bolesławiec, the driver of a Kia, a 46-year-old resident of Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, hit a BMW traveling correctly while changing lanes.
Fortunately, no one suffered serious injuries. The resident of Wielkopolskie Voivodeship was fined PLN 1,500.
