Firefighters rescued a dog that fell into a well

The incident occurred on Friday, July 7. Mr Andrzej described the incident in The Bad Bunzlauer:

I would like to thank everyone who helped me save the dog’s life. Starting with the man who took the call, the firefighters from Przęsław, Bolesławiec and the police, who did not leave the scene until it had been properly secured.

He added:

The well had probably been uncovered recently, because there was not a single leaf or twig at its bottom. It was clean. I think it was discovered either by treasure hunters using metal detectors or by someone who had taken something out of it, having information dating back to the war that something was hidden inside.

Update

Bolesławiec firefighters on the incident:

(...) the animal was retrieved from the well, from a depth of approximately 10 m, using high-angle rescue equipment, namely a tripod, Rollgliss rescue evacuation equipment and safety ropes. The dog was not injured and was handed over to its owner.
