Bolesławiec uniformed officers:
On 5 July 2023, a ceremony was held at the Bolesławiec fire service to appoint firefighters to higher official positions, administer the oath to newly employed trainees and admit this year’s graduate of the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa to the local command.
The District Commander of the State Fire Service in Bolesławiec, Senior Brigadier Andrzej Śliwowski, presented appointment documents for official positions to three firefighters in the aspirant corps and two firefighters in the non-commissioned officer corps, and also received the oath from two trainees.
The Command adds:
Thus, as of 1 July 2023, full staffing of the established positions was ensured at the District Command of the State Fire Service in Bolesławiec. It should be added that after four distinguished firefighters retired in January this year, recruitment procedures resulted in members of volunteer fire service units from our district, proven through their community work, joining the service; they have now turned their passion into a profession as well.
It further states: – In a short speech, the Commander thanked those promoted for their service to date and wished the newly admitted firefighters professional development and success in their service.
