The investment is being carried out under a “design and build” contract, and its value is nearly PLN 58 million. ALSTAL Grupa Budowlana:

The project involves the redevelopment of the existing outdoor pool area in Bolesławiec, which will gain a new appearance and attractions. The total area covered by the investment is 23,991 m2. The site will include, among other things, a recreational pool with a wet-bubble attraction, a brine pool with a graduation tower, as well as a children’s paddling pool and a water playground featuring numerous aquatic attractions for the youngest visitors. The designed pools will have a combined water surface area of nearly 1,900 m2.

The contractor adds:

The project also provides for the demolition of the existing structures and construction of new buildings with a total usable area of approximately 1,692 m2. They will house ticket offices and administrative facilities, a catering area, as well as staff, storage and technical rooms. Under the agreement, access roads and a car park for 154 vehicles will be built. The general contractor, ALSTAL Grupa Budowlana, will also develop the entire site, including green areas, outdoor changing rooms and a children’s playground. According to the plan, construction is to take one year, with completion scheduled for May 2024. The total value of the investment is PLN 57.99 million.
