Firefighters and an ambulance in Gromadka. We know what happened

Another intervention involving firefighters from our county. Firefighters from Różyniec:

While returning to their station, we received a dispatch to a cardiac arrest in Gromadka.

As we managed to establish, an elderly man suddenly lost consciousness. Since the emergency medical team was setting out from Bolesławiec, the duty officer at our County Headquarters of the State Fire Service dispatched volunteer firefighters from Gromadka and Różyniec to the scene. The latter were returning from an intervention that had taken place in Szczytnica. (A refrigerator caught fire).

The firefighters reached the scene 9 minutes before the emergency medical team and attempted resuscitation. The Bolesławiec rescuers then took over the resuscitation efforts.

Unfortunately, despite half an hour of efforts, the man died.
