Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn established that the vehicle misappropriated in the Bolesławiec municipality was located in a neighboring province. KPP: When police officers went to Żagań County, they confirmed that the car lost as a result of a crime was parked by a building.

During further actions, the recovered car, worth PLN 15,000, was recovered and a 30-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County was arrested. The man misappropriated property belonging to his former partner.
Interestingly, while taking revenge on his ex-partner, the 30-year-old committed another crime—he breached a court-ordered driving ban that has been in force against him since 2020.
The man now faces between three months and as much as five years in prison.
