As reported by the volunteer firefighters from Nowogrodziec:

A special vehicle, a mechanical ladder in the operational fleet. MAN/Metz, SD 31.

Only two such vehicles in the county!

And they elaborate:

The past year was a breakthrough one for our unit. Replacing three firefighting vehicles was no small challenge for the volunteer fire service. However, the purchase itself was not everything; let us start from the beginning: until 2022, we used a ladder that was more than 40 years old. Its age alone was impressive, while the number of breakdowns was truly overwhelming, and the time devoted to this vehicle to keep it operationally ready was exhausting. Thanks to the work of our firefighters, we managed to purchase a much newer vehicle, a proven design previously used by Feuerwehr Bitterfeld-Wolfen.

And they add:

There was great joy because it was a technological leap and, above all, an improvement in the safety of the firefighters themselves. A lengthy process began, lasting five months, to prepare the vehicle for our requirements and the specifics of our operations, as well as to obtain approval and the appropriate certificates for operations in Poland. After many days spent in the garage adapting the new acquisition, numerous journeys, bureaucracy and certification at CNBOP-PIB Józefów, we managed to place the vehicle in the operational fleet and thus it began serving the safety of the residents of our municipality and the county.
