As reported by the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters:
The vehicle was spotted in a residential parking lot in a small town in Bolesławiec municipality. The registration plates displayed on the car aroused the officers’ suspicions as to their authenticity. After carrying out checks, the police determined that the plates belonged to another vehicle of the same make.
They add: – Further actions and cooperation with police officers from Germany confirmed that the car came from a crime committed between 21 and 24 April.
How did this happen? The vehicle’s owner came to visit her family in Görlitz for a few days. There, the car was stolen from a public parking lot.
