The Lower Silesian Local Government Congress is an event during which topics concerning the functioning of local governments were discussed. The conference focused on issues of greatest importance to territorial self-government, namely its role, responsibilities and the challenges it will face in the near future.
The proceedings were divided into three thematic panels: “Between local government and the government. A self-governing Poland or a centralized Poland?”, “The transport revolution in Lower Silesia: rail or buses?” and “The energy transition: trends and challenges for Lower Silesia”.
