Someone Shot at a Bus? Damage Estimated at PLN 10,000

The incident occurred on Monday, March 13, in Jelenia Góra’s Zabobrze district. As the 24jgora.pl service learned unofficially:

(...) two shots—probably fired from a firearm—were directed at a PKS Jelenia Góra bus.

It adds: – A representative of PKS Jelenia Góra reported the matter to the police, estimating the damage at PLN 10,000.

The police are investigating the case. Steps are being taken to establish the perpetrator’s identity and arrest them. This type of vandalism is punishable by up to five years in prison.

An examination will also be carried out to help determine what type of weapon was used.
