On Tuesday, July 20, Bolesławiec police officers conducted the “Truck” operation. The officers inspected 51 vehicles. They confiscated 40 registration certificates (due to the vehicles’ poor technical condition) and issued 36 fines. What is more, two drunk drivers fell into the hands of the officers.
In recent years, the number of accidents involving buses and trucks has risen sharply. The preventive “Truck” operation aims to improve the safety of road users.
